I had earned a degree in Christian ministries. I had to take a few courses in theological and biblical studies as part of my curriculum. The theology courses covered the major doctrinal categories in a systematic way. That is, I learned about the doctrine of God (theology proper), of Christ (Christology), of the Holy Spirit (pneumatology), of the church (ecclesiology) and so forth.
